Hersch Klaff
In 1982 Mr. Klaff formed Klaff Realty, LP and continues to be that company’s Managing Director. Mr. Klaff began his career with the public accounting firm of Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser in Chicago; he is a certified public accountant.

Klaff Realty has been involved in acquisition, development, financing, leasing and management of retail, mixed-use and office properties. To date, the company has acquired properties across the United States with a value in excess of $4 billion. Klaff Realty’s recent retail portfolio acquisitions include properties from Albertson’s, Mervyn’s, Rex, Levitz, Homelife, Service Merchandise and K-Mart.

Mr. Klaff received a degree in Economics and Accounting from The University of Witmatarsrand in Johannesburg, South Africa.
