Rush Street and Oak Street

Chicago, IL

In August 1989, a joint venture between Klaff Realty, LP, Barney’s of America, Inc., and Isetan, a major Japanese department store chain and real estate company, acquired a 15,000 square foot parcel at the southeast corner of Rush and Oak Streets in Chicago.

A new 45,000 square foot store for Barney’s America, Inc. was developed on the site.
