In April 1998, Klaff Realty, LP, in a joint venture with the J.E. Robert Companies and Federal Construction, Inc. (Canada), acquired a 114,000 square foot “Class A” office building in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. Klaff Realty, LP was the project manager for the property. Management focused on stabilizing the asset’s cash flow.  This property was sold in July 2000.
